About the project

I facilitated this UX research and design project from the Denton Texas Customer Center with the help of two colleagues.

  1. We focused our research on accessibility, usability, and user psychology
  2. Direct field research was conducted within the customer experience space
  3. This project inspired me to inquire about UX/UI work within the company
  4. Competitor analysis and guerrilla testing produced real world results

Project Results

Feedback from my colleagues, coworkers, hub manager, and professors was inspiring.

  1. Innovation was as realistic as we could get for a brief, single sprint project
  2. Results included a self help area, quick drop off area, and improved app
  3. Customers and employees had fun providing insights and feedback
  4. We eliminated the need for customers to hand employees their phone
