About the project
I facilitated this UX research and design project from the Denton Texas Customer Center with the help of two colleagues.
- We focused our research on accessibility, usability, and user psychology
- Direct field research was conducted within the customer experience space
- This project inspired me to inquire about UX/UI work within the company
- Competitor analysis and guerrilla testing produced real world results

Project Results
Feedback from my colleagues, coworkers, hub manager, and professors was inspiring.
- Innovation was as realistic as we could get for a brief, single sprint project
- Results included a self help area, quick drop off area, and improved app
- Customers and employees had fun providing insights and feedback
- We eliminated the need for customers to hand employees their phone
